This is an interesting concept. I see BTO as aligning technology to facilitate meeting business goals.

I feel to truly achieve BTO, especially in the PM realm, one has to understand the project triangle of Scope, Budget and Schedule. Then, the manager must ensure that there is a conversation where scope and business goals are linked.
