Project Management Process Compliance

A familiar question surfaced again recently during an assessment - does a process count towards the maturity score if nobody's following it. Or if only some project teams are? Or if you don't know how many teams are? This presentation gives some useful and interesting pointers for determining process compliance. One key concept is that the process should produce some direct evidence of its execution - a 'tangible artifact'.
