Hurrah for CCPM! Wonderful scheduling tool though a bit overblown, IMO. If scheduling were at the root of the military's problems CCPM would surely help us lick 'em all. Unfortunately, we have issues retaining personnel, acquiring parts and seeing a way to maintain our posture beyond the next five years. That's when the huge demographic "plunge" will strike, the bulk of Baby Boomers entering retirement.
