Enjoyed Richard Jones' post about exploiting internal resource management to drive innovation rates, which requires killing low potential projects. One of the first steps is to improve visibility to resource utilization (knowing what resources are doing) and to improve visibility to active projects (increasing opportunity to see project kill candidates).
