ROI on IT projects

Return on Investment for IT projects is usually assumed to be difficult to calculate. This paper from the University of Albany includes some useful and interesting perspectives on how to ask the right questions and structure the information to start answering the ROI question. It includes examples for addressing some of the softer ROI issues - such as systems in Health and Human Services or Social systems.
