Why Projects Need a Vision








Just came across a great article from Max Wideman on why projects need a vision.

As I've often said, even if the project manager joins a project later in the game, it's still critical to at least understand and articulate the vision (and insure it's compelling) in order to get the team inspired, reduce resistance, and avoid errors. After all, if you don't know where you're going, it's likely you won't get there.
