I completely agree with this article snippet! By offering workplace flexibility, a company is securing its future in terms of employee retention, engagement, and productivity. All measure that directly affect the bottom line! It's being proven out at companies like Best Buy who have enlisted the help of CultureRx, the creators of ROWE. ROWE, Results-Only Work Environment, is definitely making a difference at Best Buy. I hope that it catches on to other companies!
