GAO releases draft Cost Assessment Guide

FCW.COM recently announced that the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has released an Exposure Draft of a new 333-page Cost Assessment Guide. The FCW article states that the document has been two-years in development. The GAO will collect comments for another year before issuing a final version of the guide.
