That's an interesting clip. Thanks for posting.

I think it's important to remember that government is not private industry and that it's okay (even preferable) for government initiatives to be more expensive and cautious than private businesses.

Democracy has certain costs thast you have to be willing to bear. These include consultation, accountability and service integrity.

Thanks for your thoughts, Craig. I tend to the idealistic where all projects are an oppotunity for efficiency and effectiveness. I like your segmentation approach, which would emphasize other performance characteristics in the public sector segment. Thanks!
