Hello.

Thanks for that link to the Gartner article. I like Gartner's recommendation for a proactive approach by IT to lower cost ahead of any downturn.

There's another point of view in the industry that the most financially-healthy companies can actually increase their investment in a downturn, so that they can move their enterprise ahead of the competition as the economic situation improves.
