At 6:48 PM, Garry Booker said...: I have to disagree with the way the first point is worded: "Be detached from outcomes." A user story, for example, is a description of an intended outcome. Everyone on the team should be focused on intended outcomes. It might have been worded better if it was "Be detached from solutions." /Garry
