Announcing The Creating We Institute: Wisdom around Engagement, Alignment, and Innovation

I'm pleased to announce that The Creating We Institute, which I'm proud to be a founding member of, is now official.

For at least the last six months, I've been heavily involved with a diverse group of international thought leaders at the crossroads of organizational development, neuroscience, and innovation.

Judith Glaser, author of Creating We and The DNA of Leadership had insightfully brought us together, and since then, the group has been involved in some fascinating research and a series of groundbreaking articles that will be appearing shortly in Leadership Excellence and other publications. The articles are centered around the themes of brain, brand, and energy.

Much more to come, including white papers, products, research, and more---but for now I thought I'd share our new website.
