Completed Staff Work

In the latest issue of Project Landscape, a newsletter produced collaboratively by multiple chapters of the Project Management Institute (PMI), there is a thought-provoking article called "Completed Staff Work" written 65 years ago by a Canadian Army General named Brig. G. E. R. Smith. This article was Thought Leadership in 1943, and it is still Thought Leadership today.

Many thanks to Greg Haugan for bringing this idea to our attention, and to John Dolan-Heitlinger, for providing a copy of the original 1943 document.
