Right Brain Project Management

Here's a great mental exercise to develop project synthesis skills (right brain thinking) -- a project management approach that is complementary to project analysis (left-brain thinking). "Analysis" means subdividing the whole into component parts. "Synthesis" means combining component parts into a whole that is GREATER than the sum of the parts.
