Organizational Democracy: Lessons from Great Minds

A colleague referred me to a wonderful blog recently,The WorldBlu Blog, which carries "news, stories, and ideas to inspire organizational democracy." I like the sound of that, especially since it's so aligned with my passion of creating flexible, yet integrated organizations. It's run by Traci Fenton, Founder and CEO of World Blu, Inc.

There's a great post reporting on what sounded like an amazing conference in New York, with true innovators and transformative forces in the world of business.

There were even presentations from two groups I highlighted in Managing the Gray Areas: Cali Ressler and Jody Thompson, creators of the Results-Only Work Environment at Best Buy and authors of Why Work Sucks and How to Fix It, and The Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, which operates with no conductor.

I highly recommend reading the blog post below, which contains loads of nuggets from the conference...
