42 Rules for Creating WE: New Book by 19 Thought Leaders

Over the last several years, I've been collaborating with some of the top organizational development and neuroscience experts in the world, all fellow members of The Creating WE Institute (the institute has 40 members and growing).

We've been conducting research, holding workshops, and forming alliances with universities and other institutes, all so that we can harness the greatest ways to bring the concept of "WE" to organizations currently operating as group of "I"s.

Well, 19 of us collaborated on a book called 42 Rules for Creating WE, and it launches tomorrow, September 17th!! The book is edited by my longtime friend and colleague, Judith Glaser, who spearheaded the creation of the institute. I'm so proud to have contributed to this book (to 8 of the 42 chapters), as it's full of paradigm-shifting insights.

FREE GIFT! For those who buy it tomorrow, September 17th, you can enter your Amazon receipt information on our book's website, and get a free Neuroscience of WE white paper, packed with the latest insights on neuroscience.

Angela Ahrendts, CEO of Burberry, wrote the forward and has this to say about the book:

"It took Napoleon Hill nearly 25 years to write his legendary guidebook for individual success, 'Think and Grow Rich.' Judith and The Creating WE Institute (with over a thousand years of combined... experience) have written today's greatest guide for team success in less than two and it will soon be read by all
Burberry employees worldwide."
If you wish to learn more or buy the book, visit our web page for the book (which contains a link to Amazon.com)

You won't be dissapointed.
