Did you resolve to get your PMP last year and didn’t? PMI’s new PMP certification exam is coming on August 31. So if you studied PMBOK Version 4, but haven’t taken your exam yet, get moving! If you have winter where you are, study now and schedule to take the exam before the grass starts growing. Look into bootcamp courses in your area or convince your employer to bring a trainer in-house. Bootcamps are a great way to refresh your knowledge and focus on preparing for the exam. Look at your calendar, set a goal, and make 2011 your year!
